Job Responsibilities:
o To recruit and manage a team of distributors / partners and generate business through them on Monthly Basis
o Mobilizing & Managing business through the distributors / channel partners
o Daily reporting of Achievements
o Doing Performance Review of your distributors / partners
o Ensuring productivity on monthly basis
o Training, Mentoring and motivating the distributors/partners
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in field sales or life insurance sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.

Pay: ?250,000.00 - ?320,000.00 per year
