Key Responsiblities
  • Designs Route to market (distributor network, TSE deployment, wholesaler network), basis OTC franchise, brand plans with outside in view
  • Work with sales teams to ensure deployment as per design
  • Plan and deploy trade and shopper investments as per budget
  • Distributor development, assessment
  • Incentives design and deployment to meet objectives
  • Go to Market for new product/ category launches
  • Understand Retail Environment category shoppers, brand plans to develop 5P recommendations and customer/ shopper selling stories
  • Impactful shopper activations to acquire new shoppers
  • Vision, relationships and initiatives for developing modern trade channel
  • Help develop tools, analytics and MIS that help make our people and investments more productive
  • Facilitates weekly and monthly reviews with GT
  • Capability -Works with training team for creating and deploying training modules
Qualifications
  • MBA from tier 1 or tier 2 college
  • At least 8 years of sales experience
  • At least 4 years of frontline GT sales as ASM
  • At least 2 years in modern trade -
  • At least 2 years in a customer/ shopper marketing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft excel, powerpoint
  • Expertise in sales operations and working knowledge of customer and shopper marketing, modern trade, go to market
