Job description
Responsibilities:-
Industries - Only from Chemical, Building Material (Please don't apply randomly)
Appoint & Adopt 30-40 Key Paint dealers (Anchor outlets : PIL sale >=30 lacs per annum, Non-Anchor outlets : PIL sale >=12 lacs per annum) in all covered towns
Dealer level sales planning & order booking as per Shop & Market share ambition
DTS installation at all appointed anchor dealers
Demand generation activities within shop & with users linked to shop to place full range and drive repeat orders
POS product display & merchandizing through company provided tools/kits
User Sufficiency - Driving Painting Contractor listing & enrollment across all covered towns
Adopting top 50 contractors across all anchor outlets for conversion & site business delivery
Constant engagement (business & social) with Painting contractors, Entrepreneur type key influencers like Architect, Engineers, Int. Designers etc.
Effective communication & execution of loyalty program to bind contractors (against defined targets/KPIs)
Business generation through contractor & site conversion (both self & SS-led)
Conduct one-to-one & one-to-many meets/activities to engage, train and upgrade users w.r.t PIL product range
Feedback collection/documenting actionable insights from the market & sharing with RBDM/HO
:
Manage SS team performance & KPI achievement through training/coaching and constant guidance
Career planning & development of all SS for timely upgradation; Providing clarity on scorecard & driving higher team score
Ensuring zero SS manpower gaps in TTY with maintenance of ready pool for replacement
Driving superior levels of contractor & site servicing through SS

Adherence to Ways of Working guidelines, modules & policies
Ensuring 100% system compliance (both self & team) - M-Power, HCC/CWC, TEM, SPECA etc.
Bottom-up planning, daily tracking & reviewing team on KPIs
Exception analysis with root cause to be reported to RMDM
Timely preparation, submission and maintaining of reports and data
