JioSpace, a leading company in the interior design industry, is seeking a talented and motivated Interior Design Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of interior design concepts and be able to effectively communicate and sell our services to potential clients.

Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Engage with clients over the phone and in-person to understand their interior design needs and preferences for homes, commercial buildings, and other spaces.
• Sales Meetings: Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients to discuss their requirements and present design solutions that align with their vision.
• Design Knowledge: Utilize your knowledge of interior design to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and confidence in our services.
• Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by generating leads and following up with prospective clients.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with the design team to ensure client requirements are accurately communicated and implemented in the design process.
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective client engagement and relationship management.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide valuable insights and improve sales strategies.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project details for reporting and analysis.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the interior design or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles, trends, and materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
• Ability to arrange and conduct meetings with clients, both over the phone and in-person.
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving sales goals.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using design software and tools is a plus.
• A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
