Together, we accelerate the discovery, development and delivery of solutions that safeguard and improve human health.The Sales Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in enhancing our Sales operations by analyzing various sales data and generating actionable insights through data visualizations, primarily using Power BI. This position demands strong analytical skills, BI technical expertise, and a deep understanding of Sales business strategies.RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with sales upper management and IT business analysts to understand sales processes and reporting requirements.Analyze sales metrics, identify trends, and recommend actions based on insights.Create, test, deploy, and monitor sales reports and dashboards, primarily using Power BI.Work with the IT team to ensure adherence to report development best practices.Continuously improve reporting processes and develop new metrics to enhance decision-making.Provide training and support to sales team members on how to interpret and utilize sales data.REQUIREMENTSBachelors degree in Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field.3-4 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Strong proficiency in analytical tools and software (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Tableau, Excel, or similar).Good understanding of CRM software.Proficient in understanding data structures and star schema data warehouses.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.Strong communication skills to effectively present findings to stakeholders.Experience in a sales environment or with sales data is preferred.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.At Danaher we bring together science, technology and operational capabilities to accelerate the real-life impact of tomorrows science and technology.
