We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our team as a
Sales and Customer Care Executive
. This role requires a proactive approach to both
sales and customer service
, ensuring an excellent shopping experience for our customers while driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Customer Engagement:
Proactively engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with product recommendations, styling suggestions, and size guides to drive sales.
Order Management:
Handle customer inquiries, process orders, manage returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently to ensure seamless transactions.
Issue Resolution:
Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction at all levels.
CRM & Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, preferences, and feedback in the CRM system.
Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to enhance customer experience and improve sales performance.
Industry Awareness:
Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, collections, and competitor offerings to provide informed assistance and boost sales.
Performance Monitoring:
Identify customer needs, track recurring concerns, and suggest improvements to enhance sales and service strategies.
Target Achievement:
Contribute towards achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:Experience:
Minimum
1 year of experience in sales and/or customer service
.
Prior experience in the fashion industry is
strongly preferred
.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; a
bachelor's degree in fashion, business, or a related field
is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills
in English (spoken and written).
Strong understanding of
fashion terminology, styling, and trends
.
Sales-oriented mindset
with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products.
Proficiency in
MS Office, CRM tools, and email platforms
.
