Job Summary:

Revensa Enterprises, a leading manufacturer, importer, and wholesaler of solar lights and decorative lighting products, is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales cum Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales through effective telemarketing strategies while also managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and promoting our high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound telemarketing to prospective clients, introducing them to our range of solar street lights, garden lights, motion sensor lights, and decorative lighting.
• Qualify leads, identify customer needs, and recommend suitable products.
• Follow up with clients to build long-term relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Handle inbound calls, respond to inquiries, and resolve customer issues in a professional manner.
• Prepare and send sales quotations, follow-up emails, and necessary documentation.
• Coordinate with the sales team for order fulfillment and product delivery.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product offerings to effectively communicate with customers.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
• Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and persuade them effectively.
• Knowledge of solar lighting products is a plus.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Candidates from Thrissur are preferred.
