Arch/B. Interior Designing / Diploma in Interior for Design and Sales ConsultantWe are currently in search of a Design and Sales Consultant with a strong background in sales, particularly within the interior or furniture industry. The ideal candidate will bring valuable experience in handling clients and dealers, involving coordination with dealers for designs, quotations, and order closureSales Strategy & Market Development:

  • Prepare detailed reports on market visits, customer feedback from walk-ins, and overall sales performance.
  • Focus on generating B2C sales by building relationships with architects, interior designers, and builders.
  • Leverage walk-in customers at Atelier and Advantage stores to boost sales and meet revenue goals.
Product Expertise & Client Presentation:
  • Present the intricacies of our kitchen and wardrobe products with confidence and expertise to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with product features, benefits, and installation processes, ensuring clear client communication.
Process Adherence:
  • Adapt to and strictly follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the sales and design workflow.
  • Implement feedback loops to improve processes based on market and client insights continuously.
Training & Development:
  • Conduct training sessions to upskill the showroom staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable and capable of providing excellent service.
  • Provide continuous training on new products, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies
  • .Showroom Staff Review & Management:
  • Regularly review the performance of showroom staff, ensuring adherence to company policies, sales targets, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Provide constructive feedback to improve team performance and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and team management, preferably in the kitchen and wardrobe or similar industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with industry professionals.
  • In-depth knowledge of kitchens, wardrobes, and home furnishing products.
  • Ability to analyze market trends, customer feedback, and sales data to improve performance.
  • Experience in training and managing staff in a showroom environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales management software.
