Anytime Fitness , the world's largest fitness chain, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Counselor/Executive to join our team. As a Sales Counselor/Executive, you will be responsible for driving membership sales, providing exceptional customer service, and helping prospective members understand the benefits of joining our gym.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive membership sales through presentations and follow-ups with prospective members.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective members.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all members and prospects.
- Conduct outreach activities to generate leads and increase membership.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our fitness programs, services, and facilities.
- Participate in community events and networking opportunities to promote Anytime Fitness.
- Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and motivational environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or health industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport and effectively present the benefits of gym membership.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Passion for fitness and a commitment to helping others achieve their health goals.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
