We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Telecaller/WhatsApp Message Grievance Reply Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer grievances through phone calls and WhatsApp messages, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer grievances and queries via phone calls and WhatsApp messages.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while addressing customer concerns.
• Document and track all customer interactions and resolutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
• Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and suggest improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
