Job Description

• Generate walk-ins, counseling's, lineups, or leads depending on the target of the company.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies.
• Manage and update client databases.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Attend industry events and conferences.
• Track and report on sales performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions.
• Identify and engage with potential clients in the education sector.
• Train and mentor junior sales staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
• Quarterly bonus
• Yearly bonus
