Roles & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in sales support or a related field, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft PowerPoint. The candidate should possess strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and excellent communication skills.
Sales Team Management:
• Oversee daily activities and monitor the performance of the sales team.
• Ensure seamless coordination and communication within the team to achieve sales goals.
Sales Presentation Materials:
• Create and update sales materials, including slides, brochures, and sales decks, to support the team during meetings, client presentations, and pitches.
Sales Reporting:
• Prepare and analyze detailed sales reports, including lead-to-sales conversion ratios, godown visit-to-conversion ratios, and other key performance metrics.
• Track and report on new sales versus repeat sales for effective strategy adjustments.
Sales Incentive Structure:
• Develop, maintain, and regularly update the sales incentive structure to motivate and reward high-performing sales team members.
Sales Forecasting:
• Provide accurate and actionable sales forecasts based on historical data, trends, and current market conditions.
Sales Team Analysis:
• Conduct performance reviews and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.
New Employee Training:
• Deliver comprehensive training sessions for new sales executives, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed and align with the company's sales processes and goals.
Additional Responsibilities:Retail Analytics & Coordination:
• Manage and oversee retail sales activities, ensuring the team follows effective sales strategies and optimizes performance at retail locations.
• Analyze retail sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
Customer Satisfaction:
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing complaints.
• Implement measures to continuously improve the overall customer experience and retention.
Preparing Reports & Documentation:
• Maintain and organize accurate records, reports, and documentation to track progress and provide insights to management.
Maintaining & Updating Sales Incentive Structure:
• Review and adjust the sales incentive structure regularly to ensure it remains competitive and aligned with company objectives.
Reporting Metrics:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will track and report on the following key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the success of sales efforts:
• Leads to Sales Conversion Ratio
• Leads to Godown Visit Ratio
• Godown Visit to Conversion Ratio
• New Sales vs Repeat Sales Analysis
Goals:
• Improve overall sales team performance, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Minimize lead leakage by improving follow-up strategies and sales processes.
• Increase overall sales revenue through strategic planning and execution.
• Reduce customer complaints and enhance customer retention with high-quality service and support.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure they remain satisfied with products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Wholesale Analytics & Coordination: Oversee wholesale sales activities, ensuring effective coordination between sales teams and smooth execution of sales strategies.
• Planning and Executing Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth, maximize sales opportunities, and improve team efficiency.
• Customer Service & After-Sales Support: Handle urgent customer calls, assist with post-sales support, and ensure timely resolution of client issues and inquiries.
• Training & Development: Train new sales executives, providing them with the tools, knowledge, and support to excel in their roles and contribute to the team's success.
• Retail Coordination: Support and coordinate retail sales activities, ensuring that retail teams are well-equipped and supported in meeting sales goals.
Skills & Qualifications:
• 3-4 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
• Proven experience in sales coordination or a related field, preferably in wholesale or retail sales.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on sales data.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
