Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator for Education and Immigration will play a key role in supporting the sales team, managing client relationships, and coordinating various activities related to educational programs and immigration services. Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and clients seeking education and immigration services.
• Provide detailed information about educational programs, immigration processes, and services offered.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, educational institutions, and immigration partners.
• Sales Support:
• Assist the sales team in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Prepare sales materials, presentations, and proposals for client meetings.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, consultations, and follow-ups with potential clients.
• Track and manage leads using CRM software, ensuring all client interactions are accurately recorded.
• Application and Documentation Coordination:
• Guide clients through the application processes for educational programs and immigration, ensuring all required documents are submitted correctly and on time.
• Review and verify the accuracy of applications and supporting documents.
• Liaise with educational institutions and immigration authorities to facilitate the processing of applications.
• Event Planning and Coordination:
• Assist in organizing and coordinating events such as educational fairs, seminars, workshops, and webinars.
• Promote events to potential clients through various marketing channels.
• Attend events to represent the company and provide information to attendees.
• Market Research and Reporting:
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the education and immigration sectors.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and client feedback.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve services and client satisfaction.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions, applications, and sales activities.
• Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and other financial transactions related to client services.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed.
