Sales Cordinator (Female Candidates Only) - Polymer Industry preferred

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, driving customer satisfaction, and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to existing and prospective clients to promote polymer products and solutions.
• Cultivate and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to communicate effectively with clients.

Qualifications:

• Only for females.
• Proven experience in a telesales or telemarketing role, preferably within the polymer or manufacturing industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow key accounts successfully.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
