Job Purpose: A Sales Coordinator for a Solar Power Plant is to support the sales team in all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to order fulfilment. This includes coordinating sales activities, such as scheduling meetings, preparing sales presentations, and following up with clients. The Sales Coordinator also assists in managing client accounts, maintaining sales records, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the sales department, making proposals, supporting the back office for the sales team, and coordinating with the sales executive. Additionally, they may liaise with other departments, such as marketing and operations, and must align sales efforts with organisational goals and objectives. Ultimately, the Sales Coordinator drives sales growth and customer satisfaction for the solar power plant business.Job Duties
Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and project scope.
Develop detailed proposals for solar power plant projects, including technical specifications, pricing, and project timelines.
Coordinate with the back office team to gather necessary information and documentation for proposal submissions.
Ensure proposals are compliant with client requirements and company standards.
Review and edit proposals to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with client needs.
Support sales executives in preparing presentations and other materials for client meetings.
Maintain proposal tracking systems and databases to monitor proposal status and outcomes.
Communicate with internal stakeholders to provide updates on proposal progress and address any issues or concerns.
