One of our clients of repute in the Real Estate space with their corporate office in Ahmedabad urgently requires Sales Coordinator to support Project Managers in their sites at Himatnagar, Modasa and Vijapur. Graduates/ MBAs/ Civil Engineers with 1+ years of experience and are ready to work in the above sites may apply with updated CVs.

JD: Sales Coordinator

Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Project Head.

Manage complex calendars; assign projects, customer queries and various project needs.

Organize internal and external meetings.

Lead and provide support and follow up to various departments and special projects as assigned by Project Head.

Conduct, research and create reports or presentations.

Act as the right hand to Project Head.

Manage internal and external communications including email and phone correspondences.

Manage team and assign, task to follow and review.

Assist Project Head to maintain an organizational system to keep office space clean, tidy and organized.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?420,000.00 per year
