: Sales Coordinator (Female)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a young, dynamic, and results-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our interior design team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing product/service information.
• Coordinate with the sales team to manage client requirements and follow up on leads.
• Handle customer interactions with professionalism, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and documentation.
• Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to meet company goals.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and presentations with clients.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer handling roles.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational skills, and a customer-focused approach.
• Personal Attributes: Young, energetic, and enthusiastic personality with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Other: Basic knowledge of interior design (preferred but not mandatory).
