Role Overview:
The Sales Coordinator at IND will be responsible for supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth execution of sales operations, from lead generation to enrollment. This includes coordinating outreach efforts, tracking performance metrics, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining organized sales processes. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in enhancing client experience, aligning with IND's mission to provide transformative programs for families.
This is a goal-oriented role requiring excellent communication, organization, and relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Management and Tracking
• Monitor and manage leads generated from webinars, social media campaigns, website inquiries, and referral sources.
• Ensure timely follow-up with leads through email, phone, or WhatsApp, maintaining a high level of engagement and professionalism.
• Update and maintain the CRM system with accurate lead and client information, tracking the progress of each prospect through the sales pipeline.
2. Coordination with the Sales and CRM Teams
• Work closely with the sales executives to support their daily operations and assist in converting leads into program enrollments.
• Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless collaboration and execution of tasks.
3. Sales Funnel Support
• Assist in the implementation and optimization of the sales funnel, ensuring all prospects are effectively guided through the enrollment process.
• Monitor drop-offs in the sales funnel and coordinate corrective actions to address common bottlenecks.
• Work with the marketing team to align messaging and ensure smooth handoffs from marketing campaigns to the sales process.
4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting
• Track key sales metrics, including lead response times, conversion rates, and program enrollments.
• Generate and share sales performance reports with the Managing Director's Office (MDO) and relevant stakeholders.
• Identify trends and provide insights to improve sales processes and strategies.
5. Customer Relationship Management
• Act as a point of contact for prospective and enrolled parents, answering queries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support the CRM team in ensuring that parents are followed up with regularly for payment reminders, onboarding, and feedback collection.
• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by fostering trust and transparency in all communications.
6. Sales Process Documentation and Optimization
• Document all sales workflows and standard operating procedures, refining them as needed for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with IND's protocols and maintain organized records of all sales-related communications and documentation.
7. Team Collaboration and Alignment
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of campaigns with sales objectives and provide feedback on campaign effectiveness.
• Work with program coordinators to ensure smooth onboarding of parents post-enrollment.
• Support the development and execution of new sales strategies in coordination with the MDO and sales leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications:Educational Background:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, CRM, or customer service roles, preferably in a similar industry.
• Familiarity with sales funnel processes and lead management systems.
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and MS Office tools.
• Familiarity with digital sales channels and WhatsApp-based outreach.
• Analytical skills to track metrics and generate actionable insights.
Soft Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi (preferred).
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
