Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the sales team in daily administrative tasks such as processing sales orders, coordinating sales meetings, and maintaining customer databases.
2. Prepare and distribute sales-related documents such as contracts, proposals, and presentations.
3. Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in-person to provide product information, pricing details, and support.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate sales and marketing activities, including promotional campaigns and events.
5. Monitor sales performance metrics and generate sales reports for management review.
6. Assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
7. Coordinate with logistics and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Previous experience in sales support or customer service in the UAE and Northern Africa market is
a must
