Handle back-office sales operations for industrial pumps and pumping systems.
Coordinate with the sales team and clients to understand their technical and commercial requirements.
Update and maintain the CRM system, ensuring that all customer interactions and sales.
Prepare and submit quotations, follow up with clients, and manage order processing.
Maintain and update sales records and reports.
Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
Manage customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with overseas principals/business partners for product information and technical support.
Support the marketing team in promotional activities and campaigns.
Stay updated with industry trends and market developments,compile and maintain reports related to sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
Work closely with the inventory team to ensure that stock levels are maintained for timely order fulfillment.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Technical knowledge of industrial pumps and systems is an advantage.
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
