Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Field Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships within your assigned territory. The Field Sales Representative will actively promote our products and services to existing and potential customers, while achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and cold-calling.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers and follow up on leads.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed revenue objectives.

Territory Management:

• Manage and prioritize sales activities within the assigned territory.
• Regularly visit and establish relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
• Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide feedback and market insights to the sales and marketing teams to support product development and promotional activities.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as customer support and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify patterns, opportunities, and potential challenges.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the ERP software.
• Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at various levels.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?200,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
