Job Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any customer issues.
• Maintain and update customer records and interactions in the CRM system.
• Identify opportunities for customer growth and upsell additional services where appropriate.
• Assist in customer feedback collection and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
