We are seeking a Sales Coordinator with 2-3 years of sales experience to support and streamline the sales process for our EdTech offerings. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Management: o Qualify incoming leads to ensure they meet target criteria. o Assign leads to sales agents based on relevant parameters. 2. Lead Tracking and Follow-up: o Monitor and track each lead's progress through the sales funnel. o Ensure detailed and accurate lead notes are updated in the CRM. o Oversee timely follow-ups, ensuring no lead is missed. o Remind agents about follow-ups and provide support as required. 3. Reporting: o Prepare and update daily and weekly sales reports. o Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to the sales team.
Requirements: o Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in sales (mandatory). o Skills: o Strong organizational and coordination abilities. o Excellent verbal and written communication skills. o Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). o Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus. o Preferred Industry: Experience in EdTech or outbound sales processes
