Position Summary:
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth running of all sales operations related to our co-working spaces. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and administrative skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the real estate industry and a strong understanding of the benefits of co-working environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in achieving targets by managing and coordinating the sales pipeline.
Track and report on leads, prospects, and sales activities.
Manage client inquiries, ensuring a positive and efficient response time.
Provide necessary documentation and contracts for new clients and ensure timely follow-up.
Client Onboarding:
Support in the onboarding process for new clients by preparing contracts, arranging tours, and ensuring a seamless transition into the co-working space.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure client needs are met and set up is completed.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system for all sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
Prepare and send out proposals, presentations, and reports.
Schedule meetings and coordinate communication between clients and the sales team.
Event & Promotion Coordination:
Help plan and organize events, networking opportunities, and promotional activities to engage potential clients and drive sales.
Assist in the development of marketing materials to promote available spaces and services.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, competitive analysis, and trends in the co-working industry.
Provide feedback on pricing, services, and customer preferences to improve sales strategies.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all sales campaigns are well-promoted.
Liaise with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination or similar administrative roles, ideally within the real estate or co-working space industry.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Salesforce or similar tools preferred).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach.
Knowledge of the real estate industry and co-working spaces is a plus.
