Key Responsibilities:
Client Coordination: Serve as the main contact for clients, handle inquiries, and manage relationships.
Sales Support: Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts. Track and follow up on sales leads.
Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met. Monitor project progress.
Administrative Duties: Maintain project documentation, generate sales reports, and manage scheduling and travel arrangements.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis and provide insights to support sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
Experience: 2-3 years in a sales coordination or related role, preferably in the power transmission industry.
Skills:
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Mechanical knowledge related to transmission tower lines.
Working Conditions:
Office-based with occasional site visits.
Full-time position with standard working hours.
