Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Support:
• Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations tailored to customer requirements.
• Coordinate with clients to gather technical specifications and relay them to the design and engineering teams.
• Follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure smooth communication and address inquiries.
• Order Processing and Coordination:
• Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy in technical and commercial details.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery of machines and components.
• Maintain an organized record of contracts, sales agreements, and order details.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
• Maintain and update the CRM system with client interactions, leads, and sales pipeline.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns, escalating them to the appropriate departments for resolution.
• Build long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent post-sales support.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Generate sales reports, including forecasts, performance metrics, and progress updates for the sales team.
• Prepare and analyze data on sales trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.
• Marketing Support:
• Coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Assist in creating marketing materials like brochures, catalogs, and online content.
• Communication and Coordination:
• Act as a liaison between clients, the sales team, and internal departments.
• Ensure the sales team has access to all necessary resources for efficient operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering industry.
• Understanding of industrial automation or special-purpose machinery is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Pay: ?16,500.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
