Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator who is proficient in Hindi to support our sales team in executing sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring smooth operations in the sales process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Hindi and be able to manage administrative tasks efficiently while collaborating with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in coordinating and executing daily sales operations.
• Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and timely information.
• Communicate with clients in Hindi to address queries, provide product information, and resolve issues.
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely payments and manage collections.
• Coordinate with other departments ( logistics, customer service) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Monitor sales targets and generate reports for management review.
• Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for potential clients.
• Maintain stock levels and ensure timely reordering of products.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback, providing solutions in a professional manner.
• Support the Sales Manager in planning and executing sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree preferred.
• Fluent in Hindi (spoken) proficiency in English is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office and sales software.
