Roles & Responsibilities
Client Interaction and Support
Engage with MSME and corporate clients to manage appointments, follow up on payments, and respond to inquiries, and complete target. Provide after-sales support, handling complaints and resolving issues promptly to maintain high client satisfaction.
Sales Team Coordination
Manage schedules, coordinate communication, and organize documentation for the sales team. Ensure the team has access to necessary sales-related equipment and materials, addressing any shortfalls.
Data Management and Reporting
Maintain and organize MIS reports, storing financial and non-financial data electronically. Prepare, present, and analyze reports on sales performance and sales metrics for management review.
Order Processing and Client Communication
Accurately process all sales orders, ensuring timelines are met and clients are informed of any delays or issues. Communicate order statuses to clients, providing timely updates on any unforeseen changes.
Administrative and Software Skills
Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM software to support daily operations and ensure effective data handling. Maintain organized files and document sales activities, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
Team Support and Process Improvement
Act as a reliable, supportive team member, proactively identifying areas for improvement and assisting with promotional materials or event organization. Monitor the team's progress, propose solutions to address shortcomings, and support collaborative goals.
Qualification
Any Degree. Hindi speaking candidate will be preferred.
