Job Title
Sales Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential clients, providing information on products and services.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance regarding lab machinery.
• Coordinate with the sales team to manage leads, follow-ups, and maintain the sales pipeline.
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets, ensuring revenue goals are met.
• Support in drafting sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge of lab machinery, understanding features and technical specifications.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing timely support.
• Collaborate with internal teams (production, service, and marketing) to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction

Qualification
Mechanical Engineering

Experience

• Proven experience in sales coordination and tele-calling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in B2B sales or lab equipment sales.
• Technical background in machinery or engineering.
• Experience in handling sales targets.
