• Responsible for Industrial Product Sales, purchases and other accessories.
• Preparation of Daily Visit & UQN Report, Sales Presentations & Report, Payment Report, Commission Claim Report, Open Order Report, HSS Document status Report.
• Preparation of Invoices, Open DC, Open PO, Open Plan follow up for all Products - Sales.
• Purchase Enquires, receive quotation from Suppliers, Raise PO, Material Dispatch Follow up, Stock Inward, Outward, Payment follow up.
• Responsible for Project Co-ordination and Installation Billing.
• Compile and prepare routine reports, summaries, report filing and maintenance.
• Interaction with customers, suppliers, and clients over mail for Purchases and Sales.
• Stock List Maintenance and verification in ERP.
• Preparation of Proforma, Quotation, Invoices, Purchase Order for Purchase & Sales.
• Kaeser Sales (Quote, PI, Price Workings, PO Draft, OCL, Check List for HSS Orders, Technical Specification Preparation, Payment Follow up Mail, Payment Confirmation Mail, DRN, Send Invoice to Customer)
