Coordinate with customer, stores, internal and external customers to ensure that the material reaches the customer seamlessly.
Ensure that the docket details reach the customer.
Updating of internal records, Planning for daily dispatch in concordance with management team and internal customers.
Follow up pending payment and proforma payment.
Work in concurrence with sales, management and dispatch team to ensure seamless supply of the material to customer.

Check dispatch transportation bills.
