The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing schedules, communicating with clients, and assisting with sales activities to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities :
• Assist in daily operations and manage schedules for the sales team.
• Maintain customer databases and prepare sales reports.
• Coordinate communication between sales personnel and clients.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals and contracts.
• Organize sales meetings and events.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and support target achievement.
Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in sales support or coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Preferred Qualifications :
• Knowledge of the FMCG or retail industry.
