Key Skills: Good in Excel, Strong in Communication Skill.
Language: Tamil , English , Malayalam , Hindi ( Mandatory )
Job description:
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Monitoring the Sales Representative performance periodically.
2. Supporting the field team in case of location glitch and beat assignment.
3. Posting the Sales Representative performance report in fixed frequency i.e., every 10AM, 12 Noon, 2 PM, 4 PM and day close report.
4. Coordinating the logistic team and field force team on sales return.
5. Scheme and incentive performance report.
6. Weekly performance report.
7. Data transparency to the field force on their requirement.
8. Monitoring of day close activities such as beat completion, data posting and day end to report to the respective supervisor.
