Sales Coordinator /Sales Executive

BE (Electrical & communication ) Fresher's also can apply / Experienced 1 or 2 years
Job location: Peenya 2nd stage
Job requirements:
• Any Bachelor's degree.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) / Google Sheets.
• Self-motivated with a proactive learning attitude and attention to detail.
Familiarity with technical terminology.
Roles & Responsibilities (including but not limited to)
Roles:
1. Handle order processing:
- Verify information before entering orders into the system by product lines, prices and Follow Ordering Guideline.
- Transfer/ Load the respective of documents related to order to concerned team.
2. Coordinate with other departments:
- Back-up team-members when workload makes this necessary.
- Collaborate within a team & another team to clear orders pending daily.
3. Checking and auditing:
- Control and manage order in daily then Booked to Production as scheduled, make sure no missing order Or Query Order.
- Manage and record timeline to receive and complete order .
Responsibilities:
• Initiate telephonic conversations with customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers.
• Identify and assess customer needs to provide customized and effective solutions.
• Coordinate pre- and post-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Salary range: 15,000- 25,000 per month.
