: Sales Coordinator/Sales Executive

Responsibilities - Sales Coordinator
• Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team
• Arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help sales team generate business leads
• Support senior management by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates
• Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services and products
• Monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking new services and products for sale
• Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone
• Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly
• Collaborate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports
Responsibilities: Sales Executive
1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base for Products.
2. Identify and qualify leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product solutions.
4. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Products.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and campaigns to support sales efforts.
6. Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, contracts, and pricing with customers to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
7. Coordinate with internal teams including operations, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
9. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines to track progress and performance against targets.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role with a focus on selling explosives or related products.
3. Strong understanding of the explosives market, including regulations, safety standards, and customer requirements.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
5. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment..
7. Willingness to travel within the designated territory as needed.
8. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
