Reporting into the Director of Sales, you will support the Sales team with administration and assist with the co-ordination of their activities. This role will also be key in the team to assist in all areas of direct sales efforts in order to increase hotel market share, maintain a high level of customer service while bringing an unparalleled approach to converting group and leisure business.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role we ask that you have:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role
• Computer literate
• Ability to work unsupervised and prioritize work to meet tight deadlines
• Experience in customer service
• Experience in working within a hotel environment, including with hotel PMS and reservation systems
• Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing)
• Innovative, Proactive and reliable
