The Sales Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the Sales, Business Development, Products, and Client Solutions teams. This position involves a mix of administrative tasks, client communication, Vendor communication, and support in sales strategies. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks including managing schedules, preparing sales documents, and tracking sales leads.
• Coordinate sales activities and campaigns, ensuring all sales efforts are aligned with business goals.
• Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
• Strong and Effective Vendor Engagement and strong sourcing skills.
• Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other documentation.
• Experience in understanding Tender, RFP documents and knowledge of GEM, eproc etc. for bidding.
• Fair knowledge of preparing quotes, Client follow up.
• Good Knowledge of ELV/IT Hardware and solutions. Work Experience in IT industry is must.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a sales support or coordinator role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
