Customer Support Manager to join our team.

Job Summary: The Customer Support Manager will be responsible for managing customer

complaints, tracking orders, handling new orders from various clients, preparing quotations, and

coordinating with clients to resolve their issues. The ideal candidate will possess excellent

communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks

efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Complaints Management:

o Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

o Monitor and track the resolution of customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.

o Develop and implement strategies to minimize recurring complaints.

2. Order Management:

o Track orders placed by various clients to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.

o Manage the end-to-end order process, from order placement to delivery.

3. New Orders and Quotations:

o Take new orders from various clients and ensure they are processed efficiently.

o Prepare accurate and competitive quotations for clients.

o Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to secure orders.

4. Client Coordination:

o Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.

o Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and

follow-ups.

o Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.

5. Problem Solving:

o Identify and address potential issues that could impact customer satisfaction.

o Develop and implement effective solutions to client problems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?9,483.51 - ?25,000.00 per month
