Job Profile- Sales Coordinator

Qualification- Any Graduate

Experience 1- 3 yrs in cold calling

Salary- 15-20k

• Receive enquiry details from the Sales team and management and prepare quotation as and when required
• Maintain price list product wises/customer wise as per instructions by management
• Update Customer Master as per instructions from Sales Manager/ Management
• Update credit limit and Credit period as per instructions from Sales Manager/ Management
• Prepare Sales Orders and get approval from the Sales Manager.
• Coordinate with warehouse and Dispatch team for delivery details
• Communicate delivery dates /revised delivery dates to customers/Sales Team.
• Send A copy of the invoice to customers/sales managers.
• Send Soft copies of shipping documents to the customer. (If required Case to case)
• Maintain inquiry database and order booking database.
• Prompt reply to customers on complaints or delivery dates.
• Maintain customer complaint database and share it with the concerned department to take appropriate actions.
• Send feedback/ reply to customers regarding complaint disposal.
• Updating new/ old customer database.
• Prepare & Submit Sales forecast. Monthly, Quarterly,half-yearlyy and yearly.
• Follow up with the sales team regarding their visit reports and compile the report and submit it to Sales Manager/ Manager

q Follow up with sales executives for their weekly monthly reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
