About the role: The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information. This role ensures the smooth operation of the sales processes and contributes to the attainment of sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Sales Support:
Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks.
Handle requests and queries from the sales team and clients.
Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and reports.
Maintain and update sales and customer records.
Develop and maintain customer databases.
Order Processing:
Process orders via phone, email, or mail.
Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
Coordination and Communication:
Coordinate sales team meetings and schedule appointments.
Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, and delivery processes are aligned.
Reporting:
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Track sales performance and report on metrics.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Customer Relations:
Act as a point of contact for clients to provide information and support.
Resolve any order or delivery issues efficiently.
Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
Event Coordination:
Assist in the planning and execution of sales events and promotions.
Manage logistics for trade shows and other sales events.
Miscellaneous:
Assist with the creation of sales presentations and other marketing materials.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in sales or administrative support. Experience in a sales coordinator or similar role is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under strict deadlines.
