Coordination with Sales Team for Orders and Purchase Manage Inventory level to meet consumable orders. Record Keeping of Sales and Purchase on Excel. Process, Packaging & Dispatch Orders accurately. Analysis of Pending Orders Receiving of all incoming consignments/orders and dispatch to respective customers on time in co-ordination with the dispatch section. Correspondence E-mails/letters with customers and foreign principals regarding orders, purchases, order amendments, documentation for bill submission. Follow up for orders placed. Tracking of incoming consignments, orders dispatched. Work closely with various internal to resolve Out of stock issues, Logistic and packaging issues ongoing process improvements.
