Education: - MBA, Information Technology, or a related field. - **Experience:** - 0.6-1 years of experience in sales coordination or data management, preferably in an IT service setting. -Technical Skills: - Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). - Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Basic understanding of data analysis tools and techniques.
