We facilitate the convenience of online appointment scheduling for patients and also organize Dental Camps in Collaboration with the Partnered Dentist to spread oral health awareness. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. About the Job: As an Sales coordinator at de9to, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising the day-to-day operations of our organisation. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in Excel, strong leadership abilities, and a demonstrated capacity to manage various aspects of the business efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Managing leads generated across different platforms.
- Initiating contact with leads, overseeing follow-up activities and managing the entire onboarding process for healthcare professionals on the platform.
- You will oversee the dental camps and manage the entire camp process.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals.
- Ensure effective communication channels are established and maintained across different departments.
- Utilize Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and decision-making processes.
- Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and task management to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant office software.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
