Responsibilities.

• 1. Sales Support
• -Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing sales documents,
• reports, and presentations.
• -Coordinate and track sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• -Manage sales databases and update customer records with relevant information.
• -Respond promptly to sales inquiries from customers, providing product information, pricing, and
• delivery details.
• -Collaborate with internal teams, such as production, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely order
• fulfillment and resolve any issues that may arise.
• 2. Customer Service
• - Maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing
• concerns or complaints.
• -Handle customer inquiries and resolve problems promptly, escalating complex issues to the
• appropriate personnel when necessary.
• - Assist in the preparation and distribution of sales and marketing materials, including catalogs,
• brochures, and promotional items.
• -Coordinate customer visits and meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
• 3. Sales Coordination.
• - Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• - Monitor sales activities, prepare sales reports, and analyze sales data to identify trends and
• opportunities for improvement.
• - Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives.
• - Coordinate and participate in sales meetings, conferences, and trade shows as required.
• - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide insights
• and recommendations.
