Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing customer relationships, processing orders, and driving sales growth through New Business Development (NBD) and Customer Retention & Relationship Management (CRR). The ideal candidate should be proficient in using CRM software to track sales activities, generate reports, and enhance customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Coordination:
Assist the sales team in order processing, invoicing, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, finance) for smooth operations.
Ensure accurate data entry and management of customer records in the CRM system.
Customer Relationship Management (CRR):
Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all interactions are logged in the CRM.
Handle customer inquiries, service requests, and post-sales support.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
New Business Development (NBD):
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
Work closely with the sales team to develop outreach strategies for new customer acquisition.
Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations.
CRM & Sales Reporting:
Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and generate reports.
Analyze sales performance data and provide insights to improve strategies.
Ensure timely follow-ups and reminders for the sales team through CRM automation.
Sales Operations & Process Improvement:
Support sales team training and onboarding processes.
Optimize sales workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, trade shows, and promotional events.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a sales support or coordination role.
Proficiency in CRM software
Strong understanding of
New Business Development (NBD)
and
Customer Retention (CRR)
strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to generate and interpret sales reports.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
Science background
Experience in B2B sales or a similar industry.
Familiarity with digital marketing and lead generation tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
