Pricing & Proposals:
Prepare accurate and competitive sales proposals, including detailed cost sheets, by analyzing sales and purchase data.
Obtain pricing from vendors through in-house sales managers and directly, ensuring timely and competitive quotes for customers.
Collaborate with Sales Account Managers to develop and deliver customer quotes, following up on proposal submissions, deal closures, and payment collections.
Sales Administration:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales funnel data.
Manage and process necessary documentation, including NDAs and vendor registration forms.
Support Sales Account Managers in vendor price negotiations and communication. Facilitate vendor registration processes.
