We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between the sales department and other departments, managing client interactions, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
:
Coordinate interdepartmental activities between the factory team and the respective sales team for order processing.
Prepare quotations and forward them to customers as needed.
Manage leads, create job orders, and process sales orders.
Follow up on payments with clients.
Arrange and attend weekly conference calls and meetings, and prepare minutes of the meeting (MOM).
Prepare sales reports (Monthly, Weekly).
Arrange product samples for customers.
Support the customer care team by managing phone inquiries.
Proficiently use tools such as email, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for daily tasks.
Coordinate the sales team's schedules, maintain filing of important documents, and communicate relevant information.
Ensure that sales-related equipment or materials are sufficient and functional.
Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support when requested.
Contact potential or existing leads via email and calls to inform them about products or services.
Update and maintain customer information in the database.
Ensure adequate sales funnels for the sales team.
Assist in scheduling client meetings for product presentations and sending introduction emails.
Generate leads through cold calling and pass them to the sales team.
Maintain client records, answer questions about products, prices, and availability.
Submit activity reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly/annual territory analyses.
Perform all other tasks as requested by management to support sales efforts.
Qualifications and Skills
:
Any graduate with 2 years of relevant experience.
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate between teams efficiently.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience in cold calling and lead generation is a plus.
Ability to interact with clients and explain products effectively.
