Responsibilities:
1. Provide timely proposals and quotes requested by customers, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
2. Manage a database of potential customers, regularly contacting them to identify sales opportunities.
3. Work on new leads and opportunities, following up with clients until closure.
4. Register the company as a vendor in major accounts to expand business opportunities.
5. Manage the renewal of all contracts for Kaseya and pitch new licenses and services such as AMC, FMS, IT-Audit, CCTV AMC, AV AMC, Network AMC, and Firewall licenses.
6. Schedule meetings and appointments with clients as required.
7. Manage sales activities, ensuring targets and deadlines are met.
8. Meet with clients to discuss sales requirements and provide product/service information.
9. Handle all Kaseya-related queries from clients.
10. Ensure timely collection of payments by following up with clients.
11. Record details of every sales transaction in the CRM system and submit weekly reports.
12. Negotiate pricing with vendors and customers to secure favorable terms.
13. Coordinate with customers and vendors to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
14. Pitch company products and services to potential customers.
15. Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers through in-person meetings, telephone calls, and regular communication.
16. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to foster business partnerships.
17. Filling and Bidding Govt. Tender or Private Tender on E-Portals.
