Position Overview :

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, assisting in the preparation of quotes, orders, and customer communications, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently in alignment with production and delivery schedules.

Key Responsibilities :

• Sales Support : Assist the sales team by managing sales leads, preparing quotations, and providing customer support through timely responses to inquiries.
• Order Management : Process customer orders, ensuring accurate details are entered into the system and the orders are communicated effectively to the production and logistics teams.
• Customer Coordination : Liaise with customers to provide updates on order status, delivery schedules, and resolve any post-order issues or concerns.
• Stock Coordination : Monitor inventory levels and work with the production team to ensure product availability, coordinating with customers on any backorders or stock-outs.
• Sales Reporting : Assist in preparing regular sales reports, tracking sales performance, and providing data to the sales manager to support decision-making.
• Sales Documentation : Ensure all sales documentation, including contracts, invoices, and delivery notes, is processed accurately and on time.
• Market Analysis : Help track competitor activity, customer feedback, and market trends to support sales strategies and improve the customer experience.
• Coordination with Other Departments : Work closely with production, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure the smooth execution of orders, delivery timelines, and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Relationship Management : Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, offering after-sales support to foster long-term business partnerships.

Qualifications :

• Educational Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience : 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, ideally in a manufacturing environment. Prior experience in the pipe manufacturing industry is a plus.

Skills :

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage customer relationships and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
• Knowledge of sales processes, order management, and inventory systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and handle high-pressure situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
