JOB DESCRIPTION SALES CO-ORDINATOR

1. Preparation of Sales Quotations against inquires comes from CRMs

2. Following up with CRMs for finalization of Quotations prepared and send.

3. Keeping Records of all Quotations and POs

4. Preparing Sales Orders and handing over to Operation Team for Execution of orders.

5. Update clients on status of Delivery

6. Follow up for Timely Payments

7. Collection customer feedbacks and operation issues.

8. Web search for new inquires and business opportunity

9. Back up for the SHM Store online platform

10. MIS Maintenance: Managing the customer data and maintaining regular MIS reports.

11. Understanding the customer query and accordingly giving the resolution for the same.

Educational Qualifications:-

- Minimum Bachelor's degree

- Minimum 0- 2 years of experience in Sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
